FAQ

Q. Do you make free Designs?

Unfortunately my policy is that, due to the very little spare time I have and the amount of effort that I put in every piece, I don't do free graphic design work.

Q. How do I pay for a Design?

I currently only accept payments completed via PayPal. This is because PayPal is the best site for requesting and sending money.

PayPal is not only the safest but the simplest system to use.

Q. Do I pay for the designs first or once they have been completed?

As a safety procedure for me as a seller, I always accept payment upfront due to countless bad experiences. Usually the clients I have the pleasure of working with are honest and understanding but just as a precaution I will continue to accept payment first, just to make sure that I won't waste my time for unrespectful clients.

Q. How long does it take to complete my order?

The completion time for a design varies on the order at hand. A simple banner design may be completed in 2 days, whereas a full Twitch package may take up to two weeks. I strive to complete designs quickly whilst maintaining a high quality standard all across my client work.

Q. Can I follow every production step while the work is in progress?

Of course. Freelancer-customer relations are very important especially while the work is being processed.

Every customer can ask for screenshots at any stage of production, as well as requesting eventual changes.

It is the best way to exchange ideas and work together to achieve the best result.

Q. Can I ask for revisions after the designs are completed?

The customer is held responsible to provide specific details in order for the design to meet their vision. Once the design is complete only small and reasonable changes can be made, which will be agreed on by both myself and the client. Excessive changes will result in the design being a new commission.

Q. Do I receive the PSD/Source files along with my order?

Due to the fact that the PSD files contain all of my work and style I do require a payment of €5.00/$6.00 to cover the cost. The files will be sent along with the design files using online storage sites such as MediaFire or MEGA which can easily used to download the files onto your computer. I will also group the layers inside the PSD, making it easier for you to edit and navigate through.

The works can also be sent via e-mail.

T&C'S

Payment Policy, Design Process & Customer Satisfaction:

All payments sent via PayPal to 'pantanirachele@gmail.com' are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The customer agrees that he/she is purchasing an electronic product. Which in this case is a design. As a merchant I have full rights to price my work at what I feel is best suited to the project at hand. This tends to occur when more work is involved during an order than the usual request.

Before I begin with the design process I ask for as many details as possible. The customer is held responsible during this process to provide specific details in order for the design to meet his/her vision. If after this phase the client asks for details not initially provided I will not be held responsible for any large changes or makeovers. However, minimal and understandable changes to the design are acceptable. The design completion time will always vary on the order at hand, so I ask for the client to please be patient during this process.

Once the work is complete, I group all of the files together and upload the folder to MediaFire or MEGA (file uploading sites). The client will then be sent a link to download the designs which is recommended to be done on a computer instead of a mobile device for best results.
